This was something I ordered after hearing about it on Instagram. I've always tried to be a note taker or journal keeper but always lose steam after a few days. This book has not only kept my interest but has helped me feel better too. The pages are thoughtfully planned out and provide me with an easy, clear way to get my thoughts out on paper. I find that even on my bad days this book helps me find the many good moments that have occurred throughout the day and gives me a clearer view on what I truly should be grateful for and feel less stressed out and anxious. I highly recommend this book!

I love starting my mornings meditating and journaling. It gives me time to set an intention for the day with a cup of tea and not just jump into the day. Then at night, I am able to reflect on the day and wind down before going to bed. It allows me to be more intentional and grateful for each day as well as create a routine at night to settle my brain and get a good night’s sleep.This book is well thought out and even includes samples to assist you in creating your own path. I highly recommend purchasing for yourself and/or as a gift for someone!!
